Ricotta Bake - Baked from Scratch

      Rich, creamy, and bubbling with golden cheese, this Ricotta Bake recipe makes for an ideal appetizer or a comforting snack. Combining BelGioioso® Ricotta con Latte®, Parmesan, and Provolone Cheeses with fresh thyme and a hint of seasoning, it bakes into a delectable, savory treat. Served warm alongside crispy crostini and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, it’s a dish that is easy to make yet impressive to present.

      Yields approximately 5 cups

      Begin by preheating the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a 1½- to 2-quart baking dish. In a large bowl, combine Ricotta con Latte®, 4.5 ounces (128 grams) of Parmesan, 4.5 ounces (128 grams) of Provolone, eggs, salt, thyme, and pepper, mixing until well blended. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and top with the remaining 0.5 ounce (14 grams) each of Parmesan and Provolone. Bake until the top is golden brown and bubbly, approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Drizzle with oil and serve warm with crostini.
